Help Our Students Travel (HOST) Program
The Medical Alumni Association offers an exciting program to assist current medical students exploring residency options. The HOST Program is designed to reduce students' expenses and connect alumni and students throughout the country.
Alumni are the College's greatest ambassadors, advocates and educational partners. Beginning August 2007, we're tapping into this wonderful alumni support network with our HOST program that matches our students with alumni hosts during residency interviews across the country.
The HOST program, coordinated by the UF Medical Alumni Association, matches students with alumni volunteers who provide students with a free place to stay as well as offer invaluable advice about residency training, the prospective medical center and community in which they are interviewing. If you would be interested in participating in our program as an alumnus of the UF College of Medicine, please fill out the Alumni Response Form.
